It’s always worrying when buying a service online, including a wedding planning agency. I took a lot of time researching lots of different wedding planning agencies but My Lake Como Wedding immediately stood out to us. Gemma was the quickest to reply, very informative, extremely helpful and more importantly genuine. She took the time to ring us after we initially reached out to them so we were instantly reassured she was real. Gemma listened carefully to our needs throughout the planning process and even accommodated some last minute changes without any fret. Meeting Gemma and her team the day before the wedding was lovely and it was like we’d known her for ages. On the day of the wedding at both Villa Carlotta and Grand Hotel Tremezzo Gemma was there and we knew we had absolutely nothing to worry about, apart from enjoying ourselves with our family and friends. Gemma offers an outstanding wedding planning and coordination service, she is a true professional, very knowledgeable and very organised. She made us feel that we in fact had another close friend at the wedding, rather that someone there simply running the show. Thank you Gemma and the entire My Lake Como Wedding team.
