Within minutes of meeting Gemma during a visit to Lake Como our decision was made, and we knew she was definitely the wedding planner for us. Gemma is so passionate about her job, dedicated, full of great ideas, and entirely focussed on detail, quality and timings. Gemma was always very quick to respond to emails and available on Skype at any time to support us through the entire planning process. Gemma is such a bubbly, genuine and lovely person it made it so easy for us to get on with her and made the experience also fun and very enjoyable. She understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and we could put our complete trust in her. We decided to leave the wedding reception venue design entirely up to her and knew she would make it perfect for us, and she did, Villa Teodolinda looked incredible! Everything was wonderful, right down to the smallest details that had been so thoughtfully organised and helped to make the day even more special and unique for us. Our wedding ceremony was at Villa Balbianello and was conducted seamlessly which meant that we were both able to relax and really enjoy the day. Gemma and her team are there for you every step of the way, helping to make it an easy and stress free experience. By the end of the journey together you feel really sad having to say goodbye to them, but overjoyed that everything was just so perfect.
