Gemma was superb from the minute we made contact with her. She was so helpful, her advice and information extremely accurate and she took a huge amount of stress out of the wedding planning process for us. We met Gemma on Lake Como many months before our proposed wedding date and she was able to outline, even at that stage, a very specific running order for the day and gave us both a very clear vision of costs and what our big day would be like. Any initial worries we had about the planning process were instantly eliminated and our minds became at ease. We couldn’t imagine a better wedding planner with such great knowledge of the area and an ability to facilitate any request we had. Gemma would always have an answer, suggestion and solution for everything from location, on the day services and wedding day decor, she sourced it all. Gemma even arranging a traditional Scottish bagpiper to play for us at Villa Balbianello, a world first! We couldn’t recommend a better wedding planner for anyone looking for one for their big day. Gemma and her team strived to make our day nothing but perfect for us, and went the extra mile to ensure it happened. Our guests have told us that they could not have imagined a wedding so perfect and they all had a great time, and this meant the world to us.
