The initial decision of having your wedding abroad is easy, then the realisation of just how difficult it actually is soon kicks in, then you meet Gemma Aurelius and her team from My Lake Como Wedding and it becomes easy again. It’s then not long at all before you start to see your dreams starting to materialise into what you know is going to be the most exciting day of your lives. We researched, spoke and then met with many wedding planners during a visit to the Lake Como yet Gemma stood out immediately, she was extremely knowledgeable and creative and knew exactly how to get things done with her exclusive contact list, but what really impressed us was her immediate warmth, energy, enthusiasm and that we felt utterly comfortable in her ability to bring it all together. She was our rock throughout the entire planning phase and had a simple, effective, tried and tested systematic approach to ticking off items in order of priority throughout the year. On our wedding weekend Gemma really came into her own and it is obvious to see that she is very well respected in the area and by her team. The staff at our wedding venue Villa Cipressi all love her and would move mountains to make the event go well on her behalf, like they did for us. We loved Gemma and can not thank her and her team enough for the amazing, fun, happy and stress free experience. Our guests told us this had been by far the best wedding they had ever been to, we find it very difficult to disagree! Thank you
