Working with Gemma from My Lake Como Wedding was truly the best decision we made. Straight from the get go I knew Gemma was different from everyone else that we contacted when she responded to my inquiry with a personalised message – which sets the tone for everything she and her business are.

During our wedding planning journey Gemma always made time to answer all of our questions, and would often Skype with us to ensure that we were comfortable. Gemma understands the stresses couples may feel when planning a wedding abroad and she made it so easy for us, however I know it cannot be as easy as she made it look, and she provided us with constant confidence and reassurance that each part of the planning was coming into place.

My Lake Como Wedding provided us with the most magical wedding day. Thanks to her, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams whilst alleviating all of the stresses of the wedding process. She handled any of the obstacles that came our way during the day, such as weather and guests with a smile and gave us the best day of our lives. The wedding was truly magical and all of our guests were in awe. Ultimately the three things that truly set Gemma apart are her infectious personality, the trust you feel with her, and her incredible vision. Gemma’s personality makes working with her so much fun and she has the perfect balance of always encouraging the things we wanted in our wedding, while providing us with her expertise. It was visible that everyone loves working with Gemma, from her clients to each of the vendors who all obviously adore her. The trust we felt in working with Gemma was so invaluable. She understood our wedding vision which was important to us, and genuinely worked so hard to ensure we had the best day.

And lastly, Gemma’s style and vision is unparalleled. Her chic touches and her ability to make spaces beautiful, so much so that she took our vision and elevated it in a way that we couldn’t have ever imagined.
