EMMA AND ADAM’S LAKE COMO WEDDING PLANNING REVIEW
Gemma was involved in the planning of our wedding for two years. From the very beginning, she stood miles apart from all of the other wedding planners we contacted. One of the immediate differences was that she answered our queries in her responding emails rather than just sending us a generic initial reply, which all the others did. Even before we actually booked MLCW, gemma dedicated an enormous amount of time to finding venues for us and working through the detailed costs to see if our dream wedding was even within our reach.
GEMMA LISTENED CAREFULLY TO EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED
Gemma listened carefully to exactly what type of wedding we wanted and then pointed us towards a venue that was completely perfect. She was extremely patient with us (we were not the most decisive couple) and she reassured us when we had doubts about things. At times, we gave Gemma confused and blurry instructions of what we wanted, but she somehow managed to see through the fog to create exactly what we wanted.
OUR GUESTS COMMENTED ON HOW NICE GEMMA AND HER ASSISTANT WERE TO HAVE AROUND
On the day, she did everything for us and literally didn’t stop until about 2am when we were happily sat with the last of our family and friends eating the rest of our cake. Our guests couldn’t believe how tireless she was and commented on how nice Gemma and her assistant, Isabella, were to have around.
GEMMA’S ARMY OF VENDORS ARE TOP NOTCH AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULDN’T DO
Planning a wedding in a foreign country is obviously daunting but it was made easy by Gemma guiding us through each step when the time was right. I was worried we wouldn’t have a lot of choice when it came to the styling of the venue, cake and flowers as I hated the idea of having a package wedding, but Gemma’s army of vendors were top notch and there was nothing they couldn’t do to meet the brief we gave them.
GEMMA IS CLEARLY ON TOP OF HER GAME WHEN IT COMES TO PLANNING WEDDINGS
The minute we knew she was the right person for us was when she suggested we had surprise live tenors as we were cutting our cake. This turned out to be the most magical experience and probably our favorite part of the day. Gemma is clearly on top of her game when it comes to planning weddings Thank you again for everything Gemma and My Lake Como Wedding.
